A training program that focuses on improving running skills, building a strong running foundation, supported by one on one interaction with your coach and personalized training plans with individual pacing guidelines delivered directly to your training watch, mobile app or via web browser.

The program will provide you support at three different levels:

  • Trainer: Assisted Strength, Conditioning and Running form sessions

  • Mentor: Identify running goals/events and share feedback during the course of the program

  • Coach: Personalized training plan from coach with a proven track record of coaching athletes for World Majors Marathons, Ultra-Marathons and IronMan along with periodic One-on-One interaction for goal setting, review of progress and adjustment of plans.
